Our Policy

• Classes meet in the Aspire building at Maple Street Park, 75 Maple Street, Essex Junction, VT 05452



• Enrollment, billing, and all studio policies are handled by Essex Junction Recreation and Parks at https://www.essexjunction.org/departments/rec/programs/youth-recreation



Please do not come to class if the child or caregiver attending is sick. Symptoms of illness include persistent cough, persistent runny or stuffy nose, sore throat, temperature of 100.4F or higher, diarrhea, and vomiting, and anyone who has experienced any of these within 24 hours should stay home. Classes missed for any reason may be made up any time while you are enrolled, by attending another class as timing and class capacity allow. See your welcome email for a link to instructions for signing up for makeup classes.





• Please call or text Rachel at 802-448-0404, or email kindermusikrachelsmith@gmail.com if you will miss a class. Missed classes may be made up by attending another class as timing and class capacity allow. Makeup classes may be attended at a different location than your regular class.



Siblings under a year old may attend with an enrolled child at no extra cost. All children over the age of 12 months must be enrolled in the class to attend.



• Included with your enrollment is access to Kindermusik@Home digital materials related to the session theme. These excellent resources include all the music from class, educational games, activity ideas, information about your child’s learning, and more. At the beginning of your class session, you will be emailed a link to create a username and password to access these resources. The same login information can also be used to access the music from your class on the Kindermusik app.
