Our Policy

• The 2023-24 Session of classes will begin September 5th, 2023 and run through May 2024. Families may join at any time, and may withdraw at any time with notice by the first of the month.



• Classes meet at Ascension Lutheran Church, 95 Allen Road in South Burlington



• Tuition is $55 per month. After the first child, monthly tuition for additional siblings is $45. Payment for your first month is due upon registration, and subsequent payments will be due on the 5th of each month. Students who join the class partway through a billing cycle will pay pro-rated tuition for the remaining classes before the next regular billing date. There is no billing in December for winter break.

Siblings under a year old may attend with an enrolled child at no extra cost. All children over the age of 12 months must be enrolled in the class to attend.





• Payments may be made by credit card, check payable to Kindermusik With Rachel, or Venmo to @KinderRachel.



• Please call or text Rachel at 802-448-0404 if you will miss a class. Missed classes may be made up any time while you are enrolled, by attending another class as timing and class capacity allow.



• Classes with fewer than 4 children enrolled may be cancelled for low enrollment. If this occurs, children already enrolled in the class will be offered the opportunity to switch classes (as available) or be placed on a waitlist until more families express interest in the class. Any tuition paid for classes that do not occur will be refunded.



• In the event of a weather-related school closure in the South Burlington or Champlain Valley Unified School District, classes will be cancelled, and offered via Zoom when possible. Families will be notified by email and with an announcement on the Kindermusik with Rachel Facebook page. Families who have not replied by 45 minutes before class time will receive a phone call notification.



• Included with your tuition is access to all the music from your child's class level streaming on the Kindermusik App.

o February 26-March 1, 2024 – No classes (school vacation week)

o May 31, 2024 – Last day of classes
